Lead end-to-end delivery of data engineering and machine learning projects that improve operational efficiency and reduce emissions in natural gas development, production, and midstream operations.

Develop and refine machine learning models focused on time-series problems such as forecasting, anomaly detection, remaining useful life estimation, and performance optimization of assets.
Contribute to and help lead Digital Twin Analytics initiatives, integrating physics-based and data-driven models to simulate and optimize complex systems in the field.
Collaborate on the design and implementation of anomaly detection frameworks that surface early warning signals for equipment failure, process instability, and emissions events.
Partner with software and DevOps engineering to design and implement MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, feature stores, model versioning, model performance tracking, and automated retraining pipelines.
Establish standards for model validation, A/B testing, and offline/online evaluation to ensure robustness and reliability in operational environments.
Communicate technical concepts, tradeoffs, and results clearly to both technical stakeholders and non-technical operations leaders, including presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.
Evaluate new tools, libraries, and cloud-native services in the data and ML ecosystem and make recommendations to improve performance, scalability, and developer productivity.
Champion a culture of experimentation, data quality, and continuous improvement while keeping a strong focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental impact.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field; a graduate degree is preferred but not required with sufficient experience.
7+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering, with at least 2+ years in a lead or senior role driving projects from concept to production.
Strong proficiency in Python for data engineering and machine learning, including experience with common data and ML libraries (for example pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow, statsmodels).
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases, time-series databases, or data warehouses for large-scale analytics.
Proven experience working with time-series data in industrial or operational settings, including feature engineering, resampling, handling missing data, and building time-series forecasting or anomaly detection models.
Experience integrating and analyzing SCADA data or similar industrial control and telemetry systems in energy, utilities, manufacturing, or related heavy industry.
Solid understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL/ELT pipelines, batch and streaming architectures, and data modeling for analytical workloads.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data tooling, for example cloud storage, managed databases, containerization, and workflow orchestration tools.
Practical exposure to MLOps practices, including deployment of models to production, monitoring model performance in real time, and maintaining models over their lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS
7+ years of IT infrastructure experience overall
3+ years of Linux system administration experience, particularly supporting 3-tier web applications
Alternatively, healthy exposure to general server administration (Windows, Active Directory, Linux, DNS, etc.) is great!
1+ years of experience migrating and managing AWS workloads
Experience on a service desk
Familiarity with AWS platforms such as EC2, VPC, S3, ELB, RDS, Route53, WorkSpaces, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and more
Fluency with modern DevOps concepts, CI/CD processes, git commands, container platforms (docker, kubernetes, ECS, etc.)

THE ROLE
The Building Engineer maintains all facility equipment in good working order including all HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, foodservice, custodial and life safety equipment. In addition, the position requires that both minor and major repairs be performed on said equipment as needed. When necessary, the building engineer escorts and assists various personnel throughout the facility including inspectors, contractors, designers and administrators. Finally, during large events, the engineer provides standby coverage and responds to any immediate needs of the event staff such as regulating temperature, electrical tie-ins, lighting management and taking radio calls.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on all pertinent building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, foodservice and life safety systems.
Troubleshoot and perform any necessary repairs to existing equipment and provide required repair parts information for timely purchases.
As needed, complete the installation of new equipment such as foodservice appliances, motors, lighting fixtures, shelving units and plumbing components.
On event days, provide any necessary preparations for the staff and standby coverage which includes responding to radio calls and monitoring the fire panel.
Provide feedback and recommendations to the Lead Building Engineer with regard to improving outcomes, increased sustainability and long-term success.
Complete work orders as assigned by the Lead Building Engineer. This includes the use of a cloud-based work order system accessible by smart phone or tablet.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent educational experience
• 5-7 years' experience within application, design, or sustaining engineering or technical sales function
• Ability to design and configure complex systems with limited guidance
• Familiarity with power electronics equipment including switchgear, soft starters and VFDs.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadline.
• Demonstrated design experience with low voltage packaged solid state starters and VFDs.
• Demonstrated design and qualification experience with UL 508a including UL testing support
• Demonstrated design experience with Solidworks
• Demonstrated design experience on product lines that result in modular common assemblies for late point configuration.
• Demonstrated PCB hardware and qualification experience.

• Experience operating in an electronics manufacturing environment a plus
• Strong technical skills related to electrical engineering and power electronics

Vistra is Looking for an experienced Main Turbine and Generator Engineer for the Beaver Valley Nuclear Power Plant. This position is responsible for supporting Operations and Maintenance on primarily any turbine or generator mechanical issue. The Turbine/Generator Engineer will support the turbine outages.
In this role, the Turbine/Generator Engineer will be involved in determining the work scope for the Turbine outages and will be involved in the corrective and preventive maintenance for the turbine and generator. This role also includes any modifications for the Turbine and Generator.
The selected candidate must be cognizant of internal and external operating experience for turbines and generators and will actively participate in the Industry Turbine User's Group.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
Provide proactive engineering for the two nuclear power plant Main Turbines and Generators to improve overall plant reliability.
Ensure that the Main Turbines and Generators are monitored and analyzed and that issues are proactively identified and resolved.
Support Plant Operations and Maintenance on any Main Turbine or Generator equipment questions or concerns.
Ensure long‐range improvement plans for key Turbine and Generator assets requiring attention such as obsolete equipment, vulnerabilities from OE, upgrades that would result in operational or financial benefits, and determining and reporting Maintenance Rule availability.
Provide innovative engineering solutions for difficult problems.
Assess and resolve potential conditions adverse to quality.
Must have knowledge and previous experience working with Turbines and Generators.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
Bachelors of Science Engineering degree or related Science degree from a college or university with an accredited engineering program.
At least 6+ years' experience with Turbines and Generators is desired.
Technical understanding of nuclear plant processes/programs is desired.

Qualified to prepare complex design changes.
Prepare engineering reports.
Perform tasks in accordance with established expectations for nuclear safety and personnel safety.
May be responsible for developing other employees in area of expertise.

What You'll Do
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Civil Engineer to join our Land Development team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career engineers who want hands-on experience in site design, stormwater management, utility layout, permitting, and construction support. You will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to develop practical design skills and contribute to projects from concept through construction. Exposure to a wide variety of responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
Assist with the design of site layouts, grading plans, roadway alignments, and utility systems
Perform engineering calculations, including hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater modeling, and erosion & sediment control
Prepare technical drawings, reports, and permitting documents
Conduct site visits, field investigations, and construction observation as needed
Collaborate with project teams, clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders
Ensure designs comply with Pennsylvania state and local regulations, including PA DEP and municipal ordinances
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering Technology
EIT candidates are preferred, active EIT a plus
0-3 years of work-related experience
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar design software (coursework or internship experience acceptable)
Displayed competency with hydraulic modeling software such as HydroCAD, HydraFlow and HEC-RAS
Familiarity with land development concepts and Pennsylvania regulatory requirements (preferred but not required)
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
Physical Demands

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Those still in school may apply as early as 18 months from completion of an undergraduate degree for Naval Reactors Engineers.
Applicants may also join the NUPOC program as early as 12 months from completion of a master's degree.
Additional academic requirements include:

A competitive GPA and a minimum grade of "B" in all technical courses
