The OSP Design Engineer is responsible for conducting fiber optic detailed network design for middle-mile and last-mile fiber-based networks or Fiber to the Home projects. It requires an in-depth understanding of fiber optic design standards and industry processes. Job Description: The HVAC Engineer is responsible for ensuring the stable, efficient, and compliant operation of all facility HVAC and environmental control systems within the energy storage manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:
* HVAC Operations & Environmental Control:

* Maintain cleanroom temperature/humidity/pressure conditions for cell manufacturing areas.

* Oversee HVAC vendors during installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in facility management, building systems maintenance, or a similar role. (battery or semiconductor a plus).
* Knowledge of cleanroom environmental control, filtration systems, and stability management.
* Familiarity with safety regulations. local laws and regulations as well as industry standards.
* Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

SUMMARY
The OSP Design Engineer is responsible for conducting detailed fiber-optic network designs for middle-mile and last-mile networks, including Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) projects. This role requires an in-depth understanding of fiber-optic design standards and industry best practices, as well as working knowledge of GIS/CAD design software and the ability to utilize field-collection tools to create accurate final deliverables.
Typical OSP design responsibilities range from determining pathway routing and evaluating construction alternatives based on site walkouts and field data collection to producing final detailed designs. The Design Engineer is fully responsible and accountable for the final design content and all documentation required to support the placement of physical fiber infrastructure for both Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) communication facilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create high-level preliminary route designs for all categories of HLE requests and provide initial cost estimates based on the proposed routes.
Coordinate with the fielding team on site visit schedules and data-gathering requirements.
Perform detailed OSP designs in strict accordance with United Design Standards.
Develop, draft, and prepare all required documentation needed to issue a fully executable project to Construction.
Utilize digital field-collection methods to support project planning and design.
Maintain expected QC grading for all design projects.
Process revision requests, cost-change approvals, and as-built redlines to ensure record compliance.
Ensure SLA compliance within assigned areas of focus.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
