Key job responsibilities - Daily building rounds to monitor and record information from electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment to ensure 24/7 reliability and availability - Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management System (EPMS) - Assist in troubleshooting of facility and rack-level events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLA) - Perform rack installs and rack decommissioning within internal SLA - Perform PM, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment - Technical writing to support change management program - Monitor daily work requests and manage to resolution, and execute projects from conception to completion - On-site support of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work performed is in accordance with established practices, procedures & local legislation - Work schedule changes depending on specific site needs. Sitting at the confluence of the Columbia, Snake and Yakima rivers near two mountain ranges, our community provides access to year-round outdoor recreation, 300 days of sun a year, more than 200 wineries within a 50-mile radius, and the amenities of large cities just a three-hour drive (or short flight) to Seattle and Portland. # Job Summary: The Senior Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Engineer operates as part of the OT Cybersecurity group reporting to the Engineering Group Supervisor (EGS). The Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer has a key role in developing and delivering design engineering products to meet Department of Energy (DOE) cybersecurity requirements and security controls. These products will be integrated into other WTP systems and processes. A good knowledge of the design engineering work process and industry OT governance frameworks, procedures, and practices is important to success. Position Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer II to join our team. This position will support all phases of the construction process from preconstruction and estimating to active construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial construction across all phases and possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the construction industry. Supervisory Responsibility: N/A Essential Duties & Responsibilities*: Collaborate with the preconstruction and estimating teams to develop accurate project proposals, budgets, and schedules. Assist in conducting site visits and evaluating project requirements. Utilize construction software and tools to assist in the preparation of bids and estimates. Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify potential issues and value engineering opportunities. Assist in obtaining subcontractor and vendor quotes and maintain a comprehensive cost database. Support project managers in coordinating project activities, including procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation. Assist in preparing and submitting project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Participate in project meetings and provide timely updates on project status and progress. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for efficiency gains and process enhancements. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on construction sites. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, or business administration 2-5 years of experience in the construction industry, with exposure to preconstruction and estimating preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and construction management software such as Autodesk or Bluebeam. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Other requirements: Possess the right to work and remain in the US without sponsorship. Salary Range: Salary: $78,868.94 minimum to $88,698.80 midpoint, $100,246.92 superior candidate Typically, candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range based on applicable experience, qualifications, and alignment with preferred skills.
