Responsibilities + Design molds and create detailed part prints for various industries. + Collaborate with other designers and interact with the shop floor. + Engage in quoting and estimating new tools or revisions on existing tools. + Interface with customers and internal teams to send job orders/designs. + Develop mold flows and partake in quoting and estimating activities. Essential Skills + 3+ years of experience in designing plastic injection molds. + Strong experience and understanding of quoting and estimating new tools or revisions. + Experience within the injection molding industry. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + Strong understanding of mold design, injection molding processes, and tooling materials. + Experience being customer interfacing. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Exposure to Cimatron software. + Experience with aluminum injection molding. + Mold flow software experience with the ability to create and write mold flows. + Engineering degree. + Previous experience interfacing with customers.
