    Description: Equipment Operator Complete Development is a fast-growing site developer specializing in earthwork and underground utilities in Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando, and surrounding counties. We are currently looking for several experienced equipment operators who can operate loaders, dozers, backhoes, etc., for underground construction. This is a full-time position with an estimated 40+ hours per week. Job Description: Operates construction, excavation, hauling, and maintenance equipment, including backhoes, front-end loaders, bulldozers, excavators, compactors, or graders. Prepares construction sites for building, demolition, or excavation. Uses excavating machinery to dig holes and trenches used in structural concrete. Job Duties: Assist tradesmen and machine operators in construction projects. Unload and carry materials at the construction site. Use equipment to break old forms and structures. Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction. Operate or tend equipment and machines used in construction. Prepare and apply construction materials to build structures or fill gaps (e.g., cement, dirt, crushed concrete) Smooth and level new concrete or other materials Clean out the site of debris and discarded material. Place traffic signals where appropriate. Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license; a CDL license is helpful. Clean criminal background preferred. Pay based on experience. Must be able to pass a drug test the first time. Must have your own reliable transportation. Must be able/willing to get to various jobsites throughout the week, if needed. Must be able to work weekends/holidays when needed to meet project deadlines. Must be able to pass a fit for duty exam, if requested.
