This role is responsible for set up and operation, changeover, adjusting and troubleshooting cold heading, cold forging, and bushing forming equipment used in the manufacture of bushing, rolls, pin cut-off for Automotive Timing Chain and Components, and following established work standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description - other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.
Quality of all components is maintained by each machine operator using statistical quality control methods and defined in the work standard.
Changeovers and adjustments exacting, but not difficult.
Work to specifications, schedules, orders and general instructions of department group leader or supervisor.
Perform preventive maintenance inspection before the start of each shift as outlined on the Preventive Maintenance Check Sheet. Apply oil or grease to specified areas. Confirm the operability of all detectors.
The ability to perform a more comprehensive PM on the machines including but not limited to oil changes.
Basic troubleshooting of chain assembly equipment to understand the alarm messages, identify what this issue is and how to correct the issue.
Adhere to work standards and statistical quality control methods must be followed.
Must have complete knowledge of the cold header equipment, cold forging, bushing forming, and pin cut-off work standards and SQC methods.
Adhere to work standard. Responsible for maintaining production schedules, quality control records, and accurate reporting of production volumes. Refers any unusual problems to the departmental supervisor.
Prepare test samples for quality control per work standard.
Record production, traceability, and any other data required utilizing various forms as directed.
Utilize machine-monitoring system to record down time.
Use material handling devices such as hand truck, hydraulic lift truck.
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow standard safety regulations.
Detect faulty operation or defective material and report these and other unusual conditions to group leader or supervisor.
Perform other similar and associated duties as required or directed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
2-5 Years of experience running multiple machines and performing preventative maintenance.

A person in this position is responsible for operating production equipment to manufacture chemical batches in compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and all local state and federal regulations regarding safety, health, and the environment.
What will you be doing?
* Work from written procedures to process, purify, and chemically fabricate products and their compounds through a sequence of batch operations.

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you have the important job of preparing sites for demolition, excavating, and construction. You start each shift by fueling and inspecting vehicles, checking to make sure they're in good condition. Then you load up the necessary tools and equipment and haul them to the job site. Using heavy machinery such as backhoes and excavators, you dig holes and trenches required for structural concrete. POSITION SUMMARY:
We are willing to train the right, motivated individual to learn our tableting and packaging process.
Operate and set up a wide range of manufacturing equipment which includes high-speed automated tablet presses and packager production line.
Perform in-process testing and complete the necessary paperwork. Responsible for the efficient production of a high quality product.
Perform all work in adherence to safety precautions, regulations and Good Manufacturing practices (cGMP) as required by the FDA.
Tower Labs' production environment is clean and temperature and humidity controlled. Uniforms provided free of charge.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Dependability a must; we will be investing in you with training
Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Basic math skills
Ability to read and follow directions, complete paperwork and communicate effectively in English
Ability to concentrate and focus on task under stressful and/or distracting conditions
Ability to be a team player; good interpersonal skills
Self starter with high level of motivation
Ability to stand for entire shift, walk, bend, reach, climb ladder
Ability to lift up to 40lbs on an occasional basis
Ability to wear face mask, safety shoes & glasses, hairnet and gloves.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate a wide range of machinery to fabricate, process, and assemble chain and other operations associated to ensure that all processes are maintained and run to the high levels of efficiency and quality stipulated by US Tsubaki standards.
Primarily responsible for the operation of a complete range of: grinders, drilling machines, ballizers, semi-automatic equipment, power presses, and packaging equipment, or other operations associated with the fabrication, processing, or assembly of pins, bushings, rolls, side plates, attachments, and all other chain related components. No set-up skills are required.
Able to measure all quality parameters of assembled and unassembled chain components and determine corrective action where appropriate to the processes concerned.
Retrieve and replace components from parts storage or prior processes to ensure continuous operation of equipment.
Requirements:
Must have the ability to learn to operate simple production equipment with minimal amount of instruction.
Basic numeric and writing skills are essential.
High level of dexterity and flexible nature essential.
Requires sufficient knowledge of all types of production equipment for example: grinders, drilling machines, ballizers, automatic equipment, semi-automatic equipment, power presses, greasing, and packaging equipment, and tooling required, to maintain close tolerances and work specifications.
Self-motivated to take ownership of work schedule and quality.
Continuous improvement: Willing to accept change to support being a Fast - Flexible - Efficient section.
Must be a team player - capable of working with peers and supervisors both inside and outside the section in order to satisfy the needs of internal and external customers.
Make decisions in order to perform a variety of tasks having timely constraints.
Follow directions / instructions of group leader or supervisor.
Able to work in any fabrication, processing, assembly, and warehouse section when and where needed.
Capable of handling heavy weights.
