Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate a wide range of machinery to fabricate, process, and assemble chain and other operations associated to ensure that all processes are maintained and run to the high levels of efficiency and quality stipulated by US Tsubaki standards.
Primarily responsible for the operation of a complete range of: grinders, drilling machines, ballizers, semi-automatic equipment, power presses, and packaging equipment, or other operations associated with the fabrication, processing, or assembly of pins, bushings, rolls, side plates, attachments, and all other chain related components. No set-up skills are required.
Able to measure all quality parameters of assembled and unassembled chain components and determine corrective action where appropriate to the processes concerned.
Retrieve and replace components from parts storage or prior processes to ensure continuous operation of equipment.
Requirements:
Must have the ability to learn to operate simple production equipment with minimal amount of instruction.
Basic numeric and writing skills are essential.
High level of dexterity and flexible nature essential.
Requires sufficient knowledge of all types of production equipment for example: grinders, drilling machines, ballizers, automatic equipment, semi-automatic equipment, power presses, greasing, and packaging equipment, and tooling required, to maintain close tolerances and work specifications.
Self-motivated to take ownership of work schedule and quality.
Continuous improvement: Willing to accept change to support being a Fast - Flexible - Efficient section.
Must be a team player - capable of working with peers and supervisors both inside and outside the section in order to satisfy the needs of internal and external customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Operates machinery of assigned department to complete assigned work order.
* Receives and reviews work orders.

Performs Snow and Ice Removal Operations - Performs snow and ice removal operations in clearing runways, taxiways, aprons, access roads, parking areas, warehouse storage areas and other areas designated by the Base Civil Engineer. Applies chemicals and other ice control products.
Performs Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance - Selects, uses, and applies vegetation, fertilizers, mulches, seeding, and sodding vegetative cover. Operates tractor drawn mower for control of airfield grounds. Operates a variety of different landscaping equipment and tools.
Operates Construction Equipment - Determines type and application of equipment to use in various constructions maintenance, and repair operation.
Performs Operator Maintenance - Performs operator maintenance inspections to determine condition and operational reliability of equipment. Inspects, lubricates, and performs operator maintenance on construction and snow removal equipment and select civil engineering vehicles (State operated). Adjusts and changes attachments on equipment. Schedules and coordinates equipment repair and servicing with the vehicle maintenance activity and other servicing facilities.

Performs Surveys - Investigates proposed work sites to determine resource requirements. Prepares cost estimates for work requests. Coordinates plans with other civil engineering and base activities.
Performs Recurring Maintenance - Performs recurring maintenance and seasonal overhaul on base lawn sprinkler systems and components. Drain and blowout all water lines with compressed air for cold weather months. Check system for operation and external leaks under pressure. Repairs, replaces, and adjusts system components.
Conducts Pest Management Operations - Conducts pest management surveys to determine type and extent of actions required to control and prevent infestations by pestiferous arthropods, vertebrae pests, venomous reptiles, mollusks, fungi, and vegetation. Selects chemical treatments to provide maximum residual benefits consistent with environmental protection considerations. Operates pesticide dispersal equipment to obtain correct discharge rate, droplet sizes, and discharge patterns. Monitors operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with technical orders, manufacturers, handbooks, local procedures, codes and directives. Advises on problems associated with pest management.

12 Hour Shift Schedule: Night Shift
Monday / Tuesday / Friday / Saturday - First Week
Sunday / Wednesday / Thursday - Second Week
Shifts will rotate 1st / 2nd week indefinitely
Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour plus $1.50per hour shift differential
Hours:
5:45pm - 6:00am

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
Basic reading, writing and math skills.
Computer experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Production Operators tend machines such as fillers, labeler, packaging, cappers, palletizers, ect. used for bottling water. They will operate manufacturing equipment in an efficient and safe manner while ensuring package and product quality.
GMP and PPE Requirements:
While on the Production floor in the plant you will be required to follow and help enforce all GMP regulations in the plant. Anyone entering the Production floor must follow the GMP rules outlined in their employee handbook which includes the required hairnets, beard covers, hearing protection, and safety glasses. Production Operators follow all SOPs including quality checks and procedures for all operations. Production Operators also follow HACCP & SQF requirements for food quality and safety.
Essential Job Duties:
Preforms basic machine operations to include operating machines, stacking raw materials, handling finished product cases, preforming quality inspections and making minor machine adjustments.
Monitors the flow of outgoing finished goods and corrects any disturbance in the flow of those goods.
Cleans equipment and line continually throughout the shift and maintains a clean safe work area.
Expedites repairs to the line working with maintenance as necessary.
Keeps daily records of downtime and machine operations.
Follows SOPs for all operations.
Maintains a clean, orderly and safe area at all times.
Must follow all established GMP's.
Non-Essential Job Duties:
Will perform other related work as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
In the absence of this employee, responsibilities will be covered by the direct manager or appointee.
