Operating hydrovac equipment and performing hydrovac duties in a variety of working environments, including confined spaces
Driving our hydrovac trucks (10-15% of total work time)
Attending safety meetings
Performing routine inspections and minor repairs of the hydrovac equipment
Preparing work areas by setting up safety measures and addressing potential hazards
Documenting and reporting all Badger, Federal, State, and Customer paperwork accurately and efficiently
What We're Looking For:
Must have a valid Class A or B CDL
CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification
(preferred)
Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions
(preferred)
Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
Must be willing to travel up to 25%
Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience
(preferred)
Must be at least 21 years of age

Observes and listens to operating machines or equipment to diagnose machine malfunction and determine need for adjustment or repair.
Owns Cutting system up to sliver removal
Dismantles machine or equipment to examine parts for defects or to remove defective part.
Replaces defective part with new part.
Assembles and test operates machine to verify correction of malfunction.
Performs maintenance on and cleans pieces of equipment.
Keep daily logs and records all pertinent information (any foreign material found, defects in equipment, shut downs, etc.)
Cutter Deck Operator will provide breaks to ADR Operator.
May be required to used 2 way radio.
Required to use a computer touch screen to monitor and control equipment.
Follow good housekeeping practices and GMP's.
Wear required PPE.
Actively participate in AMD activities
Perform any other duties as assigned by a Team Leader

Keep track of all data logs; enter data and present data in a way that accurately and professionally represents warmline activity. Write reports as necessary to the Warmline Shift Leader or assigned Warmline Supervisor (depending on Shift Leader availability).

The Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford Field Office (HFO) requires general support services
for the AMWTP. WTP AM/division requires one (1) part-time equivalent (PTE) general support
contractor 320 labor hours) to provide support in the following areas:
? Participate in the engineering review for design, operational assumptions, likely
maintenance and reliability for the Glass Former Chemical (GFC) components at WTP.
? Advise and inform the Federal staff and share as guided by Federal Staff with the WTP
Contractor. The contractor is assumed to have a broad base of experience with
commercial glass dry materials handling and batch house designs and operations. This
experience should be from personal experience in 6-30MT/day sized operations.
? The Contractor will advise Federal Staff participating in design oversight of the GFC as to
likely or experienced impacts to plant operations from the subtleties of the WTP
Contractor's opinions advanced from their largely conceptual experience in continuous
glass manufacturing.
? Utilize excellent writing and communication skills in all interactions.
Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with
established criteria. The Contractor shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and
professional manner. The Contractor employee shall submit a weekly report to the technical

? Experience with researching and navigating complex federal regulations tied to
Environmental Issues associated with compliance for furnace air emissions (NOX. SOX &
Particulate) and hazardous waste disposal of refractory flue debris. Mandatory cullet
recycling content compliance.
? Recognition of professional accomplishments as evidenced by appointment to Fellow
status in the American Ceramic Society, Society of Glass Technology, or Glass Problems
