Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator with direct experience in structural demolition and wrecking. The ideal candidate will operate industry-standard demolition equipment while adhering to strict safety and compliance requirements. Some assignments may require travel, but others may be local. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain demolition equipment including: Hydraulic excavators (high-reach and standard) Material handlers Skid steers Grapples, shears, hammers, pulverizers Dozers and loaders (specific to demolition scope) Execute safe and efficient structural wrecking operations on commercial and industrial projects. Perform daily inspections and light maintenance on equipment. Follow engineered demolition plans and site supervisor instructions. Maintain compliance with OSHA requirements, EHG safety standards, and zero-tolerance substance use policies Qualifications 3-5 years of heavy equipment operation in demolition. Proficiency with structural wrecking techniques and demolition-specific attachments. OSHA 10/30 certification preferred. Strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
