Perform "A" and "B" cleaning of the coating pan, solution tanks and rooms. "A" cleaning is performed within an hour time frame depending on the product characteristics prior to cleaning or as required by SOP, "B" cleaning takes half an hour time frame and performed after each batch of the same product or non-allergen materials.
Perform and verify cleaning of the Coating Pan, Solution Tanks, and Room.
Records entry of the start and end of the cleaning performed in the logbooks.
Verify the room release status before starting the batch for operation.
Physical Requirements:
Standing, bending, lifting, pushing and walking short distances for most of the day. Must be able to lift 10-50 lbs.
Qualifications: A minimum of a HS/ GED is required for Coating Operators Level I
