POSITION SUMMARY:
We are willing to train the right, motivated individual to learn our tableting and packaging process.
Operate and set up a wide range of manufacturing equipment which includes high-speed automated tablet presses and packager production line.
Perform in-process testing and complete the necessary paperwork. Responsible for the efficient production of a high quality product.
Perform all work in adherence to safety precautions, regulations and Good Manufacturing practices (cGMP) as required by the FDA.
Tower Labs' production environment is clean and temperature and humidity controlled. Uniforms provided free of charge.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Dependability a must; we will be investing in you with training
Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Basic math skills
Ability to read and follow directions, complete paperwork and communicate effectively in English

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate a wide range of machinery to fabricate, process, and assemble chain and other operations associated to ensure that all processes are maintained and run to the high levels of efficiency and quality stipulated by US Tsubaki standards.
Primarily responsible for the operation of a complete range of: grinders, drilling machines, ballizers, semi-automatic equipment, power presses, and packaging equipment, or other operations associated with the fabrication, processing, or assembly of pins, bushings, rolls, side plates, attachments, and all other chain related components. No set-up skills are required.
Able to measure all quality parameters of assembled and unassembled chain components and determine corrective action where appropriate to the processes concerned.
Retrieve and replace components from parts storage or prior processes to ensure continuous operation of equipment.
Requirements:
Must have the ability to learn to operate simple production equipment with minimal amount of instruction.
Basic numeric and writing skills are essential.
High level of dexterity and flexible nature essential.
Requires sufficient knowledge of all types of production equipment for example: grinders, drilling machines, ballizers, automatic equipment, semi-automatic equipment, power presses, greasing, and packaging equipment, and tooling required, to maintain close tolerances and work specifications.
Self-motivated to take ownership of work schedule and quality.

Position Summary:
The equipment operator performs duties relevant to safely and effectively operating heavy equipment in the course of daily operations. Ensure the operations floor is clear of obstacles and that traffic flows smoothly, efficiently, and safely to maintain production.
Your Role:
Safely and effectively operate heavy equipment to maintain productivity in the effective operation of the transfer starting or material recovery facility during daily operations.
Ensures that the operational area is consistently clear of obstacles and that traffic is flowing smoothly.
Performs general house duties in the assigned area to ensure safe, clean, and efficient operation of the facility. Keeps entire floor clean and dust level low by use of water truck and Bobcat front-end loaders, excavators, or similar equipment.
Loads and monitors transfer trucks, van trailers, and rail cars based on the facility.
Operates other equipment, including, but not limited to, industrial forklifts, manlifts, skid steer type loaders, and other mobile equipment.
Perform routine maintenance checks on mobile equipment and facility equipment, and report malfunctions to the Supervisor.
Work all assigned shifts from the schedule's start to the scheduled end time.
Take an active role in the improvement of safety and health in the workplace.
Read, understood, and applied information such as lockout/tagout procedures, safety rules, job hazard analyses, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
Participate in all required Company meetings, including weekly safety meetings.
