Understand and run non-GMO beans through plant without contaminating them with GMO beans. Monitor processing equipment and report mechanical issues to shift supervisor. Other duties as assigned by management; including cleaning magnets as scheduled, working in any/all parts of the plant assisting with operations or maintenance and housekeeping duties in preparation area.
