Your ‘day to day' Ensure continuous and efficient operation of the assigned technology Perform technical/maintenance interventions (process settings, adjustments, fixing machine problems, planned maintenance, etc) to achieve and improve the targeted KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, cost). Analyze, record and resolve technical problems, breakdown and quality issues by performing root cause analysis using the troubleshooting systems and tools (e.g. IPS, UPS, BDE) Execute all activities related to machines starts/stops and blend/brand changes, preventive, planned, and reactive maintenance to ensure product integrity. Comply to quality procedures concerning PMI quality program Maintain the designated pieces of production equipment, machine, and surrounding area in conformance with good housekeeping procedures. Apply 5S rules in daily activities Analyze machine performances and equipment conditions and suggest improvements via problem solving and Lean methodology and tools (e.g. PDCA) and respecting Change Management procedure. Propose ideas, participate and/or lead the implementation of solutions to improve the quality and/or efficiency of machines and products. Provide all relevant information to the smooth running of production in/between teams, as well as to the support group and project managers in order to ensure optimal monitoring of the problems encountered and to share experiences and knowledge in order to continually increase competences and expertise Apply all rules concerning PMI Quality, environment, health and safety.
