Quality Checks: Inspect items for defects; report any damaged or incorrect products to your supervisor immediately. 2. Routine Building Cleaning Floor Care: Sweep and mop warehouse floors daily; vacuum office and break-room areas. Surface Cleaning: Wipe down workstations, shelving units, door handles, and windows. Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners, and organize disposal areas. Supply Maintenance: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies; notify your lead when inventory runs low. 3. Safety & Organization Hazard Prevention: Keep aisles, doorways, and workstations clear of clutter and impediments. PPE & Procedures: Follow all safety guidelines-wear gloves, back support, or other gear as required. Issue Reporting: Alert supervisors to any safety concerns, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance needs. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Current junior in high school; available full-time or part-time through summer. Physical Ability: Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 65 lbs repeatedly. Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and able to follow written and verbal instructions. Attitude: Detail-oriented, proactive about cleanup tasks, and eager to learn new skills. TempToFT Must have good communication and organization skills. Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access). Knowledge in SAP, WMS and Supply Chain Management. $12hr, Temp-Hire and must be able to work any shift (1st, 2nd or 3rd Shift)
