PURPOSE STATEMENT

What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Worker I, you will be responsible for:
Processing daily assignments including customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and special projects.
Moving materials from staging areas to assigned workbenches using manual handling, pallet jacks, forklifts, or high-reach equipment as needed.
Reading order instructions to determine correct process steps and documentation.
Identifying and reporting any defects in materials or packaging.
Labeling, packaging, and preparing items according to material specifications (weight limits, packing materials, protective requirements).

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED)/Home School equivalency
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be a team player
Willingness to learn new skills, expand job knowledge, and adapt to a changing environment
Show initiative to improve your skills, job knowledge, and factory processes
Follow company policies regarding attendance, safety requirements and PPE
Environmental Conditions:
Working in a warehouse can be a noisy, busy place with many warehouse operatives.
Can be cold or warm environment depending on season.
Physical Capabilities:
Must be able to: stand for 8 hours and move from role to role or sedentary standing; lift light to moderate amounts of weight; perform repetitive upper extremity motions and repetitive forceful grip/pinch movement requiring both hands.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
