As an OTC order selector, you will pick pieces of over the counter merchandise into a tote or box for stores. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of accuracy and performance to meet the needs of store orders while utilizing safe work practices. You may work in other areas or functions of the warehouse, as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Read store orders from a tablet or RF unit which will include: item locations, descriptions, and quantity needed.
- Select the needed pieces of merchandise and place them into a tote or box.
- Move totes or boxes of merchandise (up to 30-50 pounds regularly) utilizing safe lifting techniques.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy for merchandise selected.
- Work efficiently and effectively on pick lines with 10 or more other employees.
- Maintain 100% or greater to performance standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of work zones at the end of each shift.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Cross train in other warehouse duties, as necessary.
- Comply with all policies and procedures of the CVS Health warehouse and DEA regulations.- Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Order Picker performs diverse duties to include selecting parts associated with internal/external customer orders and to ensure that the respective customer receives the correct part and quantity in both a time and cost-efficient manner. This role is on 1st shift with the hours from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and is located on-site at our distribution facility at 110 Rockwell Drive in Greeneville, TN.
Roles Responsibilities:
Receives and reads customer orders to identify item(s) to be picked and their location code
Pick, count the correct quantity of the correct item from the correct location
Enters appropriate information into computer systems to ensure correct inventory counts
Move inventory utilizing power industrial equipment (PIE)
Keep the aisles and locations clean
Locate pallets and product to the designated area for loading to take place
Follow safety rules and regulations at all times including utilizing all harness equipment, the proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out-tag out rules, hearing, and eye protection
Complies with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Forklift license (at least one-year experience)
Ability to read and interpret standard work documents and production schedules
Knowledge of and adherence to safety policies, procedures, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
Understanding of 6S principles and ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Be able to read and write
Be able to complete basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
Perform basic computer skills including use of keyboard and monitors
Be able to work while sitting and/or standing for long periods of time
Must be capable of light to heavy lifting (up to 35 lbs.) with or without assistance
Strong planning and organizational skills
Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Maintains a pattern of regular and predictable attendance
Be willing to work overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma
One year of manufacturing experience
Familiar with and know how to use a RF gun
