The center consists of 10 operating rooms, 2 minor procedure rooms and 1 cysto suite, making it one of the largest surgery centers in the United States. Union Mechanic
Full time job in Eureka, MO
Full-time union position will inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and refurbish amusement rides and their subsystems. The individual will ensure all rides and equipment comply with all operating standards and requirements.
Responsibilities:
Perform visual inspections of assigned rides and attractions
Maintain, erect, repair and trouble-shoot various theme park rides and attractions
Visually inspect machines and equipment
Remove and or replace equipment parts using hand and or power tools
perform routine preventative maintenance on various equipment including rides and attractions
Keep a daily log of maintenance work performed as well as accurate records of preventative maintenance
Assist with other duties/departments as assigned
Adhere to all department and company safety policies; wear appropriate safety equipment as required
Support the company Mantra of providing Friendly, Clean, Fast and Safe Service to our Guests
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Pneumatics troubleshooting and repairs working with schematic
Mechanical repairs following ASTM ride standards
Welding 6G certified
Machining experience working from drawings using lathe and milling machine
Must be able to trouble-shoot safety and emergency equipment, including respirators and safety harnesses
Must have hand tools to perform required duties and tasks as assigned
