What You'll Do In this role, you'll support the Accounts Receivable and Accounting teams with a variety of essential tasks, including: Processing and organizing post-billing documentation Scanning, coding, and sending invoices to customers Preparing and recording bank deposits and coding them in Absolute Managing lien releases through Supply Pro to trigger customer payments Handling the NextGen “Pinks” process to release homesites for installation Performing A/R aging analysis and conducting follow-up Assisting with accounting projects and cross-functional tasks Providing general support to both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Ensuring documentation is accurate, organized, and properly filed You'll be a key member of a collaborative department that values precision, communication, and teamwork.
