Job Description
Position Qualifications:
Candidates must be available Monday - Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and at least every other
Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Must be detail oriented and able to multitask
. Must have basic computer skills. Experience with customer service is a plus, able to be friendly and communicate with customers is a must.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be expected to help sort mail into department and student folders using a computer tracking system, access an online job submission tool to help print copy requests for faculty and staff, retrieve mail and packages for students, staff and faculty, and prepare outbound shipments for UPS, DHL, FedEx, and US Government Client.
