Communicates via phone and radio with management, sales staff, yard staff, drivers, and customers as required to ensure accurate and timely processing of all operations. Notifies the appropriate team members when back orders, delays, damaged products, shipping errors, or picking errors occur to ensure the proper reorders and handling occurs. Adheres to all general and safety guidelines and reports any issues to management immediately. Report any equipment failures and maintenance needs to your manager. Maintain a positive relationship with all employees, customers, vendors, and delivery personnel. Maintain a professional dress code with a Talbert logo on the shirt. Complete special projects at the direction of your manager.
