Job Description A shop hourly position with the primary responsibilities of ensuring the accurate and timely kitting and movement of materials in support of the plant production lines. As an experienced mechanic, the Mechanic II has a high level of proficiency in how to effectively support the assembly and fabrication teams through accurate material movement, stockroom replenishment, and support of the shipping team. The employee may occasionally be exposed to varying levels of dirt, dust, toxic or caustic chemicals, very warm and/or very chilly temperatures. The noise level in the shop can be very loud at times consistent with an industrial assembly facility and may require hearing protection.
