They will serve as the principle point of contact with the customer, document pickups, while ensuring high quality customer service. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work as part of a two-man crew to safely remove appliances from the customer home. Provide navigational assistance to the Route Driver, perform call-ahead to customers, document the pickup and removal of identified appliances.
