Manage all phases of the claims for New York bodily injury and property damage lawsuits from intake and investigation through litigation and resolution by mediation or other settlement Participates in negotiations, conferences and mediations with adjusting companies, outside legal counsel, staff, claimants, brokers, insureds, carrier and other involved parties Conduct coverage analysis on new and existing matters.
