Prior to his current position, Alex served as the chief scientific officer and senior vice president of Research and Product Development of the company. Before joining PACT Pharma, he served as the founding CEO of Krypton Immuno-oncology, Inc. He also held executive positions at Bavarian Nordic, Inc, AZTherapies Inc., Permeon Biologics, Inc, and GlobeImmune.

He has broad experience in systems development, integration and IT infrastructure management with a focus in Informatics. Ashish works across the organization to create high performing teams and solutions to solve complex business problems. Ashish has more than 25 years of work experience with a focus in life science and molecular diagnostics in both R&D and commercial stage companies.

Kyle Lapham is the vice president of automation at [Counsyl](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/counsyl#/entity), a health technology company that offers DNA screening for men, women, and their children. Previously, he was the director of laboratory automation at the same company. Before joining Counsyl, Lapham designed and built custom robots to complete the largest human genome study ever attempted. In addition, he enabled and published molecular aging studies. Lapham obtained his bachelor’s degree in genetics from the University of California, Davis. He lives in San Francisco, California, United States.
