    Zachary Piper Solutions is currently looking for an Associate Manufacturing Engineer (Flight Assurance) to support one of our aerospace partners on-site in Midland, TX. The Associate Manufacturing Engineer (Flight Assurance) will be a critical role to scaling production of one of their satellite constellations in a high-growth, cleanroom manufacturing environment. Responsibilities for the Associate Manufacturing Engineer include: Develop and execute quality control processes to ensure safety, performance, and mission reliability of satellite components. Perform inspections and audits on assemblies and subsystems in cleanroom environments. Support testing activities (vibration, thermal vacuum) and assist with integration and compliance documentation. Troubleshoot production issues and support root cause analysis. Qualify new or modified products through the full production lifecycle. Qualifications for the Associate Manufacturing Engineer include: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality engineering environment. Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, Inventor) and basic quality tools (calipers, CMM). Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail. Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
