Who You Are This hybrid role provides both front office and virtual patient coordination support, ensuring seamless scheduling, appointment preparation, and telehealth assistance. It is key to smaller Rebis clinics, balancing in-office hospitality with efficient virtual workflows to support the mission of optimizing sleep health. What You'll Do Reception & Check-in/out - Greet patients in-office and support telehealth patients virtually; verify demographics/insurance and collect payments. Scheduling & Appointment Preparation - Manage scheduling for in-office and telehealth visits; prepare charts and documentation in advance. Telehealth Coordination - Provide instructions, troubleshoot access, and ensure visits begin on time. Diagnostic & Clinical Support - Manage HSAT/oximetry equipment and instructions; assist with DME as assigned. Communication & Coordination - Answer phones, process messages/mail, and liaise with staff and providers. Office Environment & Supplies - Maintain waiting areas; track supply levels and support inventory management. What You Bring Hospitality-driven with a strong customer service background. Excellent communication and patient engagement skills. Flexible and adaptable, balancing in-person and telehealth needs. High School diploma required; Associate's degree or higher preferred. 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, or administrative support required Proficiency with EMR, scheduling tools, and telehealth systems. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards.
