About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent on a contract basis to oversee day-to-day job site operations for the duration of a project. As the on‑site leader, you'll ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of daily operations on the construction site, including scheduling, coordination, and progress tracking.
Supervise and coordinate laborers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and punctual delivery of materials.
Maintain accurate daily logs, including progress updates, safety observations, and communications with stakeholders.
Ensure high workmanship standards in compliance with site specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
Interface regularly with project managers, architects, engineers, inspectors, and clients-providing clear updates and managing expectations.
Address and resolve any site issues swiftly to maintain project momentum.
Assist in resource planning-like subcontractor hiring, equipment ordering, and site logistics.

About The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer experiences while meeting customers during deliveries.
Drive a delivery vehicle to transport parts and products to customers, including the loading and unloading of parts.

About You:

Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems is a plus.
Good organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
Frequent travel between locations by vehicle on behalf of the company; must possess and maintain a current, valid drivers license.

III. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A. Education, Experience, and Training
1. Major course work in Industrial Technology or a related field preferred. Each year of experience as described below in excess of the required two years may be substituted for thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university on a year-for-year basis.
2. Two years full-time, wage-earning general construction or maintenance experience.

B. Knowledge and Skills
1. Knowledge of construction procedures, methods, and industry standards regarding the installation of roofing systems, exterior and interior window and door systems, and interior finishing of floor, wall, and ceiling systems.
2. Knowledge of state and federal construction safety codes, requirements, and programs.
3. Knowledge of structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and welding practices, methods, materials and specifications preferred.
4. Knowledge of concrete, asphalt, and soil preparation and testing preferred.
5. Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws, rules, regulations, and statutes to include Environmental Protection Agency rules, regulations, policies, and procedures preferred.

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Area Manager, the Site Supervisor manages a small to mid-size team responsible for cleaning/maintaining facilities and grounds maintenance. Job Duties:
* Assigns duties, assist in scheduling, and trains staff as needed.
* Conducts inventory, requests resupply, and issues cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Regularly inspecting work to ensure that established standards are met.
* Provide additional work direction and assistance to janitorial staff.
* Complete all duties listed on the daily schedule and maintain assigned areas and equipment.
* Ensures grounds are kept to standard
* Use cleaning equipment, including automatic floor machines, commercial vacuums, wet mops, large wringers, and other necessary equipment, tools, chemicals, and supplies.
* Dry and wet mop floors, scrub and buff floors with rotor and other machines, vacuum carpets to clean and control bacteria, transport trash from utility rooms and other collection points.
* Clean sinks, mirrors, and countertops, toilets, urinals, walls, and fixtures.
* Routine Heavy Cleaning.
* Perform special cleaning of induction units, walls, lighting fixtures, and windows, both inside and outside.
* Identify safety hazards and abide by safety rules.
* Document inspections and other maintenance activities.
* Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

Summary:
This position is responsible for the repair and maintenance of pipelines, equipment and performance of work associated with daily operation and maintenance of gas and liquid facilities and pipelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The essential job duties for this position are listed below:
* Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and operate compressor station or pump station equipment, plant facilities and pipeline facilities including: prime movers and compressors, valves, filters, separators, dehydrators, pumps, and auxiliary equipment in order to meet production and product throughput requirements in a reliable and efficient manner while in compliance with the Partnership's procedures and regulatory requirements
* Plan, organize, prioritize, communicate, and coordinate work with employees and contractors to validate the work is completed in a safe, timely, and effective manner
* Provide budgetary information, schedule work and outages, order materials, maintain inventory, and coordinate needed resources
* Interpret and utilize drawings, schematics, loading/pump curves, OEM manuals, and other technical resources in the performance of assigned work
* Effectively and safely use hand tools, power tools, and portable and mobile work equipment in hazardous, classified, and non-hazardous environments
* Utilize precision measurement equipment to determine dimensions and set operating equipment clearances and tolerances
* Maintain equipment records, logs, inventory, and other documentation required by the Partnership's procedures and regulatory agencies
* Provide training and leadership to develop and maintain effective work crews, dependent upon level hired
* Maintain working knowledge of regulatory requirements, perform associated required tasks, and complete required documentation (OSHA, DOT, EPA, etc.)
* Maintain facilities, grounds, and work areas in a safe, orderly, and efficient manner
* Actively participate and provide leadership in safety programs and initiatives while following policies and procedures
* Provide on-call support for areas of responsibility on a rotating basis
* Comply with partnership safety policies and procedures
* Perform energy isolation lockout/tagout procedures (LOTO)
Required Education:
* High school diploma or GED
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
* Level C requires a minimum of 0 - 2 years of relevant industry experience or equivalent work experience
* Level B requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of relevant industry experience or equivalent work experience
* Level A requires a minimum of 4+ years of relevant industry experience or equivalent work experience
Required Qualifications:
* Valid driver's license with demonstrated safe driving record and ability to be certified as a USDOT driver under FMCSA may be required based on applicable law, reporting location, and geographic work area
* Excellent organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a group environment
* Demonstrated self- starter with the ability to work independently and exercise good judgement
Preferred Qualifications:
* Mechanical aptitude with ability to learn and perform operation and maintenance tasks associated with various types of facilities and equipment
* Proficiency with computers including MS Office applications such as Excel and Outlook as well as other computer based work training, time reporting, expense reporting, and on-line work applications and documentation
