Masonicare Home Health & Hospice - Norwich, CT area Day Shift / 40hrs/wk The Hospice Palliative Care LPN is responsible for and provides skilled nursing care reflective of the agency's mission to the ill or injured in the home, hospital or extended care facility. The LPN works under the direction of the Nurse Case Manager and/or Clinical Manager. As an ER Travel Nurse, you will work with a diverse team of caregivers to appropriately evaluate, triage and implement care using correct procedures and physician instructions.
