Personal fitness experience is required and ** training for The Exercise Coach isokinetic methodology will be provided. RESPONSIBILITIES
The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in person to clients at their home, apartment gym or outside while encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. Responsibilities are as follows:
Customize client workout programs developed from the Initial Assessment
Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions, including programming & session notes
Demonstrate each exercise and ensure client is performing correctly with or without modifications
Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks
Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software
Able to provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments
Able to commute to and from client sessions up to 45 minutes
QUALIFICATIONS
Certified Personal Trainer: Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
CPR/AED Certification: Ensure clients' safety with up-to-date CPR/AED training.
Education and experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent and 1-3 years of personal training experience.
Strong communication skills: Effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and technically.
Knowledgeable in nutrition: Possess a basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.
Fitness expertise: Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and personal training methods.

Job Summary:
The Head Coach will design and lead Rock Steady Boxing group classes for individuals with Parkinson's disease. The Head Coach is responsible for creating energetic workouts which take Parkinson's boxers through a rigorous high-intensity workout depending on class and ability level. A great Head Coach can suggest modifications for each exercise while also offering corrective exercise when needed. Head Coaches are responsible for delegating duties to assistant coaches and volunteers to help throughout group classes, depending on individual boxers' needs. Head Coaches monitor safety throughout class and are able to respond in an emergency if needed.
Other Responsibilities May Include:
Helping boxers putting on gloves/wraps during class
Assisting boxers safely (with help as needed) for situations such as getting up/down from the floor, or other situations in which the boxer cannot safely complete a motion on their own.

* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Experience: 2+ years of club fitting and golf equipment sales experience preferred. Experience with Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, and club building is highly preferred.
* Working Conditions and Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, climb up and down a ladder, move throughout the store, and lift a 30 lb. box overhead.
* Schedule: Must be able to maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Business Acumen: Ability to quickly learn business acumen with appropriate training.
* Accountability: Candidates should demonstrate strong self-accountability and a proactive drive for results.
