RESPONSIBILITIES
The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in person to clients at their home, apartment gym or outside while encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. Responsibilities are as follows:
Customize client workout programs developed from the Initial Assessment
Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions, including programming & session notes
Demonstrate each exercise and ensure client is performing correctly with or without modifications
Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks
Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software
Able to provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments
Able to commute to and from client sessions up to 45 minutes
QUALIFICATIONS
Certified Personal Trainer: Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
CPR/AED Certification: Ensure clients' safety with up-to-date CPR/AED training.
Education and experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent and 1-3 years of personal training experience.
Strong communication skills: Effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and technically.
Knowledgeable in nutrition: Possess a basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.
Fitness expertise: Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and personal training methods.
Physical ability: Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. and performing athletic calisthenics duties.
Requirements for this position include the possession of personal basic training equipment to effectively assist clients in achieving their goals. It is important to note that clients may not always have access to the necessary equipment.

The Personal Trainer's focus is on helping the member “Get to a Healthier Place ” by employing both Anytime Fitness and the personal trainer's creative approach. Each member will receive an initial fitness consultation that will set the PT on a path for establishing a 1-1 rapport with the member. With access to a facility that includes any/all types of the latest equipment available, the personal trainer will guide the member to their greatest levels of personal achievement in physical health.

Responsibilities:
Motivate and train members in a group/team setting
Match Anytime Fitness personal training programs - in conjunction with the Personal Trainer's expertise - with the member's goals and abilities

Successful Personal Trainers continue education of each member and create long-term relationships

Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be available evenings and at least (2) Saturdays a month to train/service clients.
Current CPR, AED and personal training certification(s) are required as is a current nationally recognized certification such as NASM or ACE - must provide copies of certifications.
Previous PT experience is preferred in either a fitness facility or private training environment
Previous experience with fitness club management software (Club O/S, Club Ready, apps like My Fitness Pal all a plus)
Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals
Desire to continually learn new principles in the areas of training, overall fitness, health and nutrition
Hands on training and experience in areas such as corrective exercise, post-rehab, and injury prevention, are a plus
