RESPONSIBILITIES
The Certified PersonalTrainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in person to clients at their home, apartment gym or outside while encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. Responsibilities are as follows:
Customize client workout programs developed from the Initial Assessment
Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions, including programming & session notes
Demonstrate each exercise and ensure client is performing correctly with or without modifications
Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks
Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software
Able to provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments
Able to commute to and from client sessions up to 45 minutes
QUALIFICATIONS
Certified PersonalTrainer: Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
CPR/AED Certification: Ensure clients' safety with up-to-date CPR/AED training.
Education and experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent and 1-3 years of personal training experience.
Strong communication skills: Effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and technically.
Knowledgeable in nutrition: Possess a basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.
Fitness expertise: Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and personal training methods.
Physical ability: Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. and performing athletic calisthenics duties.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must maintain an active Personal Training Certification and must start the Trainer recertification process 1 month prior to their expiration.
Uncertified Team Players will be given the opportunity to complete a Trainer Certification of their choice within the first 30 days of employment. Bachelor's degree in exercise science or kinesiology may be accepted in lieu of a Trainer Certification.

Physical Requirements:
This job duty often requires the employee to regularly stand for up to 8 hours, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, and effectively communicate
Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Work Environment:
Employee may be regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts while performing duties of this job
Employee may be exposed to higher volume levels of noise while in this environment
Compensation:
PersonalTrainers are paid per training session in addition to being paid hourly. 10 Fitness uses a tier system to determine trainers pay rates. Tier advancement is based on monthly session count, performance appraisal scores, tenure with the company, and training experience. Below are the pay rates associated with each training tier (6 tiers total).

Responsibilities
Becoming a great promoter of Workout Anytime, our brand, our clubs, and our services.
Greeting and checking in with all members, making them feel welcome and essential.
Answering phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.
Selling and setting up new memberships and gaining referrals from existing members.
Assisting with the club's daily cleaning and other tasks as assigned by management.
Participating in or managing various marketing events.
Following up on your portioned incoming leads from the web, renewals, and other lead lists via phone and email.
Requirements
Positive, personable, outgoing, and courteous personality.
Experience in direct customer-facing positions, fitness industry, or sales.
Previous gym experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment alongside peers.
