Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Education A Current Physical Therapy license from the State of California Physical Therapy Board. Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from an approved program by The Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE). Minimum one (1) year PT experience. Minimum one (1) year pediatrics experience (birth to 5 years of age). Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of hire. Must receive criminal record clearance from DOJ.
