Work Schedules
Weather, snow conditions and the number of guests play a large role in the work scheduling of Bear Valley employees.

Qualifications

Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems
Ability to lift 60lbs in some situations

We are seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team! As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the integrity of various customers pools. You will be servicing a variety of chemical basket, chemical brush and full-service stops. You will also be checking the water chemistry and making adjustments as needed, documenting any pool issues, and communicating all issues and changes to both management and customers utilizing Skimmer, an app-based system. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently on their own, have good time management, the ability to problem solve, have strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.

Net pool surface, brush steps, walls and tile, empty pump baskets, skimmer baskets, pool sweep bags and more
Test pool water and balance the water chemistry based on those results using app-based tools
Troubleshoot minor problems to keep the pool system running
Document pool issues and repair needs, and communicate the status of the equipment to both management and customers
