to address systemic issues, including utility affordability and corporate accountability.

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Site Superintendent to support the daily maintenance and upkeep of residential apartment properties. This role is responsible for maintaining apartment units, common areas, and exterior grounds while working closely with the Facilities and Property Management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day maintenance and general upkeep of apartments and common areas
Prepare units for new residents (apartment turnovers)
Conduct annual unit inspections
Clean and maintain hallways, stairwells, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and community spaces
Trash and recycling removal
Grounds maintenance, including lawn care, planting, and snow removal/salting
Complete work orders, purchase orders, and reports using property management software
Monitor vendors and contractors on site

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Primary Responsibilities:
Conducting daily inventory cycle counts for cannabis inventory & weekly cycle counts for non-cannabis inventory items, including merchandise and apparel
Preparing & organizing labels of inventory items within the vault and warehouse
Receiving shipments of both cannabis and non-cannabis material
Loading and unloading pallets and boxes onto a box truck
Driving a box truck between two warehouses
Assisting in picking & packing of several orders daily
Maintain inventory par levels in Excel, and update reports daily to inform management
Provide occasional support with conducting deliveries
Communicate well with supervisors and other team members
Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to take on additional tasks such as warehouse management, deliveries/pickups, packaging, etc., on an as-needed basis
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old
Experience operating a box truck (26') with a liftgate
Experience with warehouse equipment (i.e. pallet jack, forklift)
Massachusetts Driver's License
Must have your own reliable transportation to use between our two locations
Experience using inventory management software
Advanced Excel skills
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain organization in the warehouses
Flexible work schedule, with the ability to work after-hours as circumstances dictate
Must be able to pass Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) background check
A high degree of integrity and ethical conduct always
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
