Key Job Responsibilities * Follow all regulations, standards, and internal policies, to ensure Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and promote a safe and environmentally responsible workplace. * Assist in production schedules as it relates to the drum material and filter/absorbent crushing operation to ensure that quotas are met and disposal shipments are maintained at the proper level. * Review and maintain inventories of drums of filters, soil, oil dry, absorbents and other drummed material * Keep records of how many drums go into each roll off container to ensure accuracy and cost. Make sure Manager is aware of inventory and filter operations status. * Ensure quotas are fulfilled in the drummed material recycling operations. * Keep building and work area clean and all liquid collection pans, tanks, drums, etc. pumped out daily or after each time the crushing equipment is used. Areas around the outside of the filter building should always be kept clean, including all painted surfaces. * Assist other Container Operations in keeping warehouse/workstations clean at all for inspection purpose. * Assist and keep Manager up to date on dispatch and scheduling needs for outgoing shipments of crushed filters, absorbents, solids, etc. * Ensure that Maintenance Dept. is kept up to date on maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment and for machine parts and supplies that are needed. * Perform other duties as assigned as may be necessary.
