The University of California, Agriculture and Natural Resources (UC ANR) is seeking a UC Cooperative Extension (UCCE) Area Director to provide leadership in support of applied research and outreach programs across the Central Sierra multi-county partnership (Amador, Calaveras, El Dorado and Tuolumne counties) and Alpine county. As a Safety Observer, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and assisting in creating safety programs within the vegetation management & tree trimming industry. School Guidance Counselor FLSA: Exempt Professional QUALIFICATIONS: Teaching experience preferred. School Counseling experience preferred. Demonstrated success in mediation & relationship building. Qualified to administer individual IQ tests. Knowledge of Missouri's Model Guidance Program. REPORTS TO: Principal OVERVIEW: The school guidance program assists students in becoming responsible adults. Career plans are developed, reviewed, and updated periodically in accordance with students' post graduation educational and occupational goals. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Implement the guidance curriculum. Guide and counsel groups of individual students through the development of educational and career plans.
