Overview:
Direct / Lead all aspects of the traffic/warehouse operations at a LATICRETE manufacturing and distribution facility. Ensure maximum utilization of staff, equipment, raw materials and other resources to maximize customer service, customer satisfaction, and meet the needs of the business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Order Picking (30%):
Review regular orders (paper) and Pick Lists (RF Gen), pick materials utilizing forklift throughout warehouse and assemble in a staging lane.
Review the Picked Materials from a co-worker (level I or II) to ensure accuracy and completeness of order before shipping.
2. Housekeeping (5%):
Ensure aisles & rack locations are clean of debris and empty pallets.
3. Forklift Inspections (5%):
Pre-shift and post-shift inspection of forklift to ensure properly maintained and any necessary repairs are escalated.
4. Mentorship & Training (10%):
Conduct new employee training to help them to properly pick orders.
Act as a resource if they are having trouble locating an item.
Ensure new associates are following safety and housekeeping protocols guide as necessary.
Provide ongoing support, training and act as escalation point.
5. Order Loading/Un-Loading (30%):
Assist with loading of completed orders onto trucks, delivery carriers and/or customer pickups.
Assist with order unloading of LTL Carriers and truck loads.
Perform receiving duties for orders being delivered - ensure items orders are actually received, inform purchaser of any discrepancies.
Stock items located in the warehouse or deliver to purchasing party.
Correct any Purchase Order discrepancies.
Assist Procurement & Accounts Payable regarding Purchase Orders/Invoices issues and corrections.
Work with Customer Service and QC team to process RMA's and carrier returns.
Maintain the return area clean and organized.
5. Put Aways (5%):
Collect products from staging area left by Production Associates and move them to appropriate pick location in the Warehouse.
Enter products into Inventory for that Pick Location utilizing the RF Gen Gun and the computer.
6. Inventory Audit (5%):
Assist in annual inventory audit.
Perform product counts and log.
Assist with investigating inventory discrepancies.

Generate detailed reports using Excel and other reporting tools for internal teams and external clients.
Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data, providing insights into contract performance and compliance.
Communication & Team Collaboration:
o Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract terms, reporting requirements, and compliance obligations.
Facilitate contract-related meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of contract status and updates.
Prepare and disseminate contract status updates to appropriate employees, helping to streamline communication across departments.

Minimum Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of contract administration experience with a federal contractor; experience in body armor, defense, or personal protection gear industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of state procurement processes, contract compliance, and NASPO ValuePoint contract administration.
Proficiency in contract reporting, compliance tracking, and financial reconciliation.
Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracting requirements.
Advanced proficiency with Excel (including Data, Power Query, Tables & Formatting, Conditional Formatting, Advanced Charting, Pivot Tables & Pivot Reporting).
Experience with VBA & Macros, Data Tables, Simulations, and Solver.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with internal stakeholders and government agencies.
Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or issues.
