The Porter will clean and maintain the pool area, decks, bathhouses, and Lake View Café as directed by the Assistant Aquatics Director and Other Management Team Members. He/she greets members and guests when entering the pool facilities. This is a seasonal, hourly non-exempt position. (The season is defined as: April/May/September-weekends and June/July/August-all week.) Position Characteristics: A successful Porter possesses a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with team members and staff. He/she will be organized and efficient while providing quality cleaning service for Club members and guests. Must be courteous, friendly, positive and professional at all times. Position Description: The Porter position will ensure that all community property grounds are clean on a daily basis.
