Handle and maintain vehicles and lot according to company standards. This includes:

Wipe down cars on showroom floor every morning.

Physical Demands: Intermittent standing, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Lifting of 50lbs or less on an occasional basis and carrying of 25lbs or less on a frequent basis. Frequent pushing and pulling, twisting and turning of trunk, reaching and handling of objects, occasional climbing, balancing, and crawling.

1. Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times.
2. Removes trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to starting the make-ready process, transfers trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and cleans and maintains storage areas.

Do I work alone or on a team?
Cleaning jobs are mostly performed “solo,” or by one technician. In the event of larger jobs, you'll be assigned to a team. You must have your own car to be able to carry cleaning supplies and mobilize to the work sites. Must have the ability to wash towels each day from home. All teams leave from their home directly to customer locations each day.
How do I check my schedule?
We use a scheduling app on our phones, where you can easily pull up your daily schedule.
How do I get paid?
We pay using direct deposit to your bank account. We use a digital payroll system where you'll be able to see your bi-weekly payment and pay stubs.
