Position Responsibilities:
Remove trash and recycling from the building and transport to outside dumpster areas daily.
Remove trash from the community's perimeter daily.
Assist in apartment make-ready process.
Respond to after-hours on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities
The WBPC Porter is a valuable member to the on-site management team. They are responsible for the overall upkeep of the exterior image. Depending on the size and age of the community, the position consists of a variety of duties. The following qualifications must be met before consideration for employment as porter:
* Must be able to lift 80-100 lbs. on a regular basis.

A Day in the Life
When you arrive for your shift, you'll gear up with your work boots, check in with your supervisor, and review priority zones. You'll move through warehouse aisles and production areas, sweeping, mopping, and removing waste so traffic paths stay clear and safe. High-traffic touchpoints and restrooms get special attention, and you'll make sure cleaning supplies are stocked and stored properly. Throughout the night, you'll follow safety guidelines, use PPE as required, and pitch in for additional tasks that keep the operation running smoothly.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Performs other reasonable duties as directed by the leadership team.
Understands that business demands sometimes make it necessary to move employees from their accustomed shifts to other shifts.
Maintains a professional appearance in appropriate uniform.
Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the laundry area and the equipment.
Possesses the ability to work well with other team members.
Knows all safety and emergency procedures.
