Principal Accountabilities
Assist in design of electrical projects and install electrical equipment
Coordinate efforts with other workers involved in installing and maintaining equipment or components
Consult with operators, supervisors, and engineers to plan layout of equipment and to resolve problems in system operation and maintenance
Determine feasibility of using standardized equipment and develop specifications for equipment required to perform additional functions

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, such as checking, cleaning, and repairing equipment, to detect and prevent problems before they occur
Inspect components of industrial equipment for accurate assembly and installation and for defects such as loose connections and frayed wires
Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous
Maintain equipment logs that record performance problems, repairs, calibrations, and tests
Examine work orders and converse with equipment operators to detect equipment problems and to ascertain whether mechanical or human errors contributed to the problems
Operate equipment to demonstrate proper use and to analyze malfunctions
Repair, install and adjust equipment, machines, and defective components, replacing worn parts such as gaskets and seals in watertight electrical equipment
Install coaxial or fiber optic cable for computers and other telecommunications equipment
Maintain inventory of spare parts. Send defective units to the manufacturer or to a specialized repair shop for repair
When breakdowns occur, make necessary repairs as quickly as possible in order to minimize inconvenience
Test faulty equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test equipment and software, and applying knowledge of the functional operation of electronic units and systems
Work extended shifts to support the facility which may require coming in early, before normal shift and staying over later than normal shift
Short notice may be given when coming in early or staying over late. May be called in to make repairs on nights, weekends or holidays
Be flexible and adapt to changing priorities

Assist plant with management of outside contracted electrical projects for quality to comply with Cargill specifications

d. The AC should check to assure all employees are following requirements for how money is handled, such as accurate counts, receipts accounted for, etc.

**Summary of This Position**
This position reports to the Quality Supervisor or Quality Manager. The NDT Inspector - Associate will evaluate the assembly of fabricated materials by dimensional checks, visual inspection of welds and conduct nondestructive testing by ultrasonic, mag particle, and liquid penetrant processes, with knowledge working under a fully certified Level II Inspector. Responsible for coordination of the Quality area to meet production goals. Completes daily paperwork. Demonstrates a commitment to quality, productivity, safety and environmental policies. Working with the production supervisor to maintain workflow of the area and report issues to the supervisor. Evaluate examination results and determine if material meets contract specifications. + Makes decision in the area of codes (includes AWS D1.1) and specifications under the guidance of a NDT Inspector - Intermediate.
+ Interprets reports for NDT and evaluates quality acceptance under the guidance of a fully certified NDT Inspector - Intermediate.
+ Has the authority to reject material, stop work in process etc. to minimize financial loss and risk of customer dissatisfaction.
+ Works under production conditions with accurate performance and completion of work within set time limits
+ Accountable and responsible for essential tools and equipment provided along with the maintenance of these tools and equipment
+ Actively participate in department safety, demonstrate excellent safety practices and behaviors which conform to all Valmont safety policies and procedures

**Required Qualifications**
+ High School diploma and 5+ years of work/educational experience or associate degree with 2+ years' experience or Bachelor's Degree

+ Ability to perform basic mathematic calculations, including conversion of fractions to decimals

Midland University, a private, liberal arts institution in Fremont, Nebraska is seeking a dynamic and innovative full-time business faculty member as Assistant/Associate professor in Business Intelligence & Technology (BIT).
Duties include:
Primary teaching responsibilities include a variety of courses in business management related topics that could include, but are not limited to: Cybersecurity, Cisco Network Technologies, Database Management, MySQL and PHP for Web Development, JavaScript, Website Management, AI for AWS, and Business Intelligence Systems.
Connect students to opportunities through experiential learning.
Enhance Midland University's existing business network.
Lead the development and delivery of quality outcomes-based business curriculum.
Partner across the university on student recruiting, retention, and graduation.
Promote operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Demonstrate innovative teaching using a marketplace-back approach.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Minimum of a Master's degree in relevant field; doctorate preferred.
Relevant and practical experience in technology-related fields.
Demonstrated excellence in teaching in the classroom or in other environments.
Agility and flexibility to adjust to changes in the business landscape.
