Quality Evaluations and Inspections: * Conduct inspection of all the materials of equipment, tools with handheld XRF analyzer and manage entry attire which come into production space and prohibit high-risk materials with maintenance team according to standards. * Conduct inspection of equipment wear regularly in the production space with maintenance team and manage the risk of introducing foreign materials. * Manage and improve the key performance indexes related to defect engineering to ensure manufactured products meet or exceed established customer requirements Data Analysis: * Monitor product analysis data from QA/QC and address the issues related to metallic foreign matter of product according to standards. * Conduct analysis of the foreign substance with SEM-EDS instrument if needed. * Collaborate in the analysis of production data and lead activities to improve plant equipment effectiveness and reduce waste within operations * Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing issues and non-conformances, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
