The Manufacturing Process Engineer is a multi-functional technical role is responsible for ensuring products are designed, built, and scaled efficiently from prototype through high-volume production. This role serves as both hands-on shop floor support to the production team as well as drive optimization and lean/automation improvements through the manufacturing process. This role may also be required to support industrialization engineering - integrated with Program Development team on scaling new products, validating readiness, and standardizing across facilities. This role is critical to ensure that new product designs are manufacturable, modular production processes are efficient and safe, and the transition from design to production is seamless across one or multiple facilities. Job DescriptionSalary: We are seeking a skilled Quality Applications Engineer to lead and oversee application-driven processes within our high-precision manufacturing facility. This role emphasizes engineering applications and process improvement, while maintaining strong focus on quality control. The ideal candidate will bring leadership skills, critical thinking abilities, and a background in engineering. Exposure to machining, computational logic, and GD&T is preferred. This position will collaborate closely with the Applications Engineering team, Quality team, and Production Team to streamline communication and facilitate collaboration. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Applications Engineers to integrate innovative solutions that improve accuracy, manufacturability, and repeatability. Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to solve complex challenges. Execute quality control efforts, ensuring standards are consistently achieved across all production processes. Foster teamwork, a positive work environment, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Strong leadership skills are a must. Management experience is a plus but not required. Strong critical thinking and engineering-based problem-solving skills. Minimum 2 years of industry experience in engineering, machining, or quality control is preferred. Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Why Join Us?
