Eaton's ES GEIS CHD division is currently seeking a Large Casting Processor. The core hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The hourly rate for this position is $19.80 per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. **What you'll do:** + Perform a wide variety of duties throughout the large casting molding and finishing areas. + Assist the molder, repairing ladles, loading and unloading flasks, bottom boards, and upsets to molding lines + Pour molds, shake out molds, operate automated shake-out machine, core knockout, grinding large castings and operating shot-blast equipment + Transport materials/metal with either gas operated fork truck or hand truck and operate power sweeper + Use all required equipment in grinding such as hand tools, air grinders, air chisels, band saws, etc. to remove fins, parting lines, sprues, risers, gates, surface roughness and all irregularities from castings + Place wheels or abrasive belts on machines and make simple adjustments on machines as required + Patch surface imperfections within Q.C. standards + Refer unusual or questionable situations to proper supervision **Qualifications:** **Basic (Required) Qualifications:** + A minimum of six (6) months manufacturing experience. + No relocation benefit is offered for this position.
