Communication with buyers' lenders during the process. Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or above. Maintain an acceptable cancellation rate. Follow each buyer until they reach a home buying decision and prepare a lost sales report on the buyers who did not buy from Ashton Woods. Attend all sales meetings and company functions. Qualifications Four (4) year degree preferred in Sales or Marketing from an accredited college or university. High School graduation or equivalency required.
