Support the Creative Director's vision by creating mood boards including gathering inspiration for interior design direction, photo art direction, floral direction, layout direction, color direction, furniture direction, location direction, and set direction. Preparing presentations for catalog concept reviews and catalog pagination reviews. Manage multiple design projects, and other design deliverables simultaneously. Drive design projects through all creative phases, from concept, to photoshoot planning, to design reviews, to passing off final files. You will take conceptual designs and model the scope in Revit, working in partnership with our Engineering, Operations, and Construction teams at Form Factory 1. What you'll do: * Create detailed technical drawings and plans using Autodesk Revit for MEP systems, including ductwork, piping, plumbing, and electrical layouts. * Collaborate with engineers and project managers to translate design concepts and project specifications into accurate schematics and layouts. * Manage and maintain the 3D models on the Autodesk ACC platform, including keeping models up to date with as-built information. * Use Navisworks to update and create 3D models of the building and confirm installed conditions of past projects. * Review and revise drawings as necessary to ensure accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and reflect field conditions. * Maintain organized documentation of all drafts and revisions, and participate in project meetings to discuss design progress.
