The Work Pre-Sales Technical Support Lead technical discovery with customers. Translate needs into clear problem statements and technical requirements. Provide support in reviewing customer Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), Source Control Document (SCD), and other customer related technical documents. Assist with reviewing and creating formal quotations in accordance with customer requirements. Provide product concepts and models to support the RFI/RFQ response. Internal Collaboration Assist with creating and reviewing Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) upon customer order received. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure departmental alignment and clear handoffs; stay up-to-date on the latest hardware developments. Minimum Qualifications US Citizen Bachelors or Associates Degree in Engineering or other related technical fields. 5+ years experience supporting Sales team and reviewing customer requirements. Strong pre & post sales support experience including onsite customer visits. Demonstrated experience supporting RFI/RFQ/quotes and reviewing technical documents (SCDs, drawings, BOMs, compliance matrices). Experience working with Sales, Product Development, and Engineering teams. Working knowledge of ruggedized computer and peripheral system applications. Working knowledge of compliance matrix, parts drawings, and Bill of Materials. Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor depth to audience.
