Job Summary:
Senior Engineer/Senior Project Manager for our private land development projects in Texas. Project types include single-family subdivisions, sports complexes, and commercial projects.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide civil engineering expertise related to private land development projects including road and utility design, grading and stormwater management, permitting, and cost estimating
Provide expert assistance/instruction to junior level engineers and civil technicians regarding general engineering skills, complex hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, preliminary and final engineering strategies, road profile design, site grading techniques and ADA compliance
Advise and/or coordinate preparation of engineering plans and reports for all types of project submittal packages using the appropriate software
