What you'll do as a Graphic Designer:
Capture & edit photos and videos of completed installations that highlight J&E's craftsmanship and brand story.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance-Driven Creative Development
Design creative specifically optimized for paid social and paid media
(Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Display, programmatic, retargeting, affiliate placements, etc.)
Create multiple variations of ads for testing messaging, visuals, CTA placement, and formats.
Translate audience insights and funnel stage strategies (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) into targeted design executions

A Day in the Life of an Environmental Graphic Designer II
As an Environmental Graphic Designer at Toole, you will be a part of our growing Graphic Design team, working collaboratively with urban designers, landscape architects, planners, and engineers to help users successfully engage with the built environment. You will bridge the gap between 2D and 3D design, using your knowledge of visual communication to help users understand and navigate their environments successfully, as well as helping public clients envision possibilities for their streets, trails, and transit stations. This role is primarily focused on wayfinding for bicycle networks, walkable urban districts, parks, and transit stations, with a possibility to help grow our work in placemaking more generally. You will have the opportunity to work on stakeholder outreach and design workshops, concept plans, design guidelines, wayfinding strategies, branding, signage, and map design, including deliverables ranging from presentations and reports to design intent documents and final artwork. Depending on workload and the selected candidate's skillset, this role may also support more general graphic design or visualization deliverables such as report design, engagement materials, or renderings. We are looking for someone who can lead the design of standalone wayfinding projects, or lead EGD tasks within larger trails and urban design projects.
The Graphic Design team is currently distributed across our Portland, Seattle, Madison, Minneapolis, Raleigh, and Los Angeles offices. Graphics Coordinator Responsibilities
* Under direction of the Graphics Supervisor, responsible for the creative and technical development of graphic design through production.
* Provide accurate layouts with necessary information and visuals to communicate graphic design and productions.
* Responsible for meeting deadlines, ship dates and regular production schedules to ensure project stays within budget.
* Maintain color consistency through color proofing records for all client graphics in various medium.
* Maintain brand consistency in all aspects of project.
* Work within project time allotments and be proactive in alerting project team of necessary overages before they occur.
* Responsible for staying abreast and documenting the latest and best production methods.
* Review final graphics before shipment for quality, color consistency and accuracy.
* Keep Graphics Supervisor abreast of project challenges and seek assistance when necessary.
* Maintain organized current project folders on servers at all times.
* Uses and understands internal department forms for ordering and tracking of projects with outside vendors.
* Communicate clearly with Graphics Supervisor and Salespeople any schedule conflicts.
* Establish relationships with support vendors.
* Responsible for reviewing and approving vendor invoices for client projects in a timely manner.
* Participate in project meetings.
* Coordinate outside production resources.
