Locate and retrieve glass on the manifest that is missing from A frames or Harp Carts. Work with your loading crew to load glass on our truck by the manifest. (Last item loaded should be drivers first stop) Safely load trucks via hand, team lifting, or our overhead cranes. Properly and safely strap all glass to the trucks. Scan glass pieces to the digital manifest for the truck. Communicate issues with your supervisor IE (Need to walk off the line); and report any safety concerns or incidents. Wear safety gear on the floor at all times (kevlar pullover, helmet, glasses, pants, etc.). Operate and troubleshoot machinery in your department. Summary: Support plant production needs for daily operation, changeovers, and outbound shipments. Primarily responsible for assisting in the packaging of products for internal and external use, and assisting in changeover with other production teammates.
